Project Description

In 2020, the School District of Omro selected Performance Services to complete a campus-wide facility improvement project after the successful passing of a capital referendum. The improvement project is focused on addressing educational programming, repairs and replacements, and safety and security across the district’s three school buildings. The project will help address deferred maintenance and infrastructure needs, including roof replacement, HVAC upgrades, ADA upgrades, school building remodels, the construction of a maintenance shop, and upgrades to the student fabrication lab.

Omro Middle/High School

  • Add a fabrication lab for technology education

  • Address ADA complicant issues in bathrooms, elevator, and gym/auditorium seating
