Project Description
Warsaw Community Schools wanted classroom and learning environments suited for a full educational program, including science-technology-engineering-mathematics (STEM) learning for three school buildings. Performance Services designed and delivered additions and renovations into the existing neighborhood. This included a new Lincoln Elementary School building with a park-like setting. Each building features innovative layouts that promote creative learning through flexible, non-traditional, project-based spaces. The renovations also included energy savings solutions for each of the schools with Energy Star performance levels for all three schools guaranteed by the end of the first year of operation.
