Emil joined the Performance Services team in 2023. He brings over 15 years of experience as a construction management professional with success in leading cross-functional teams through the design and development of complex construction projects. He has a successful record in completing multimillion-dollar projects ahead of schedule, under budget, without sacrificing quality and safety.
He lives by the motto “Pressure Makes Diamonds,” so Let’s Go Make Some Diamonds! This motto stems from his passion for youth sports, where Emil volunteers as a coach for girls’ softball, serves as a Softball Board Member, and Officiate for K-12 baseball games throughout North Texas. When Emil is not on the baseball/softball diamond, he shares time with his wife and their three children. Their family enjoys road trips and making memories.
