Rich joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at McKinstry as a Senior Superintendent. In the role, he delivered projects ranging from $500k to $30 million. Some projects were one-time customers with up to 10 phases of work that spanned over 13 years and over $60 million. Before McKinstry, he was a carpenter and foreman in the residential housing market.
Outside of work, he still enjoys putting on a toolbelt, doing projects of his own, and helping friends and family with their projects, as well. Rich also enjoys the outdoors, walking, hiking, fishing, and some biking.
