Steve joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Steve was employed at Henderson Engineers based out of Kansas City for the past four years. During that time, he worked as a mechanical designer on various projects ranging from luxury retail to sports training facilities to convention centers. He developed a technical background in HVAC and plumbing design and assisted the company in revamping its specifications and controls sequences. He played an integral role in the development and integration of the HVAC design in a $400 million addition to the Wisconsin Convention Center in downtown Milwaukee.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports, particularly basketball and weightlifting, as well as taking his yellow lab on hikes and to the lake. He is also a diehard Michigan Wolverines fan.
