Aron joined the Performance Services team in 2022. Prior to that, he spent five years working, studying, and teaching HVAC. His last role was as an HVAC Mechanic for the healthcare industry. In that role, he managed all forms of HVAC equipment to include building management systems. He has been in the service industry for the past 20 years.
Outside of work, Aron enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys running the sound equipment for the worship team at his church.
