Bill joined Performance Services in 2017, and for the past 25 years, he was employed at Siemens Building Technologies. For most of the 25 years, Bill was a senior solutions specialist in both the Chicago and Milwaukee building controls markets. In the most recent seven years Bill, as the lead specialist, was instrumental in the implementation of an upgraded controls system of a $40 million energy contract for the School District of Waukesha in Wisconsin. He also accomplished the task of upgrading and implementing advanced controls strategies for Wisconsin Electric Company (WE Energies) in the Milwaukee area. For eight years, as a senior training specialist, Bill was responsible for training service and solutions technicians at the corporate office in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
He and his wife of 32 years, Debbie, have two children, Adam and Hayley. Debbie is currently a court reporter in the Milwaukee area, after having reported in Chicago for 21 years. Bill is a lifelong Bears fan, having grown up in the Chicago area. He loves to skydive and is currently training for his eighth Tough Mudder. When not at work he also enjoys relaxing with his three golden retrievers and black lab.
