Luke joined the Performance Services team in 2022. Before that, Luke spent most of his 15-year career employed at Noresco. During that tenure, he was a Design Engineer responsible for supporting the development and construction of ESPC projects. Most recently, Luke was responsible for multiple phases of work with Virginia Beach County Schools and a multi-campus project for the VA hospital system in the Chicago/Milwaukee area. During the development process, his responsibilities included compiling bid document packages, including drawings, specifications, and written scopes of work. During the construction phase, Luke was responsible for reviewing and coordinating subcontractor completed design work, consultant coordination, and other construction administration activities.
In his free time, Luke enjoys learning new skills through completing house projects, building and maintaining various computer systems, and staying involved with his local church.
