Mark joined the Performance Services team in 2018. For the past of 35 years, Mark has been in the construction market in the Chicago and Kansas City area. In the most recent seven years, he was the engineering manager at AMS Mechanical Systems. He was instrumental in the organization of the engineering department that grew from three designers to a group of 25 engineers, architects, and designers. He spent 13 of those 30 years with Turner Construction Company and Gilbane Building Company in preconstruction project delivery. Mark is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. He is also a Certified Energy Manager.
He and his wife have two children and live in Hinsdale, Illinois. Mark grew up in the Pittsburgh area and attended Michigan Technological University and received a degree in mechanical engineering. He loves to spend time with his family and being outdoors. He also enjoys relaxing with his two rescue dogs.
