Michael graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University in 2007. After graduation, he spent over seven years working with Johnson Controls. He worked on various hospitals, universities, and other commercial buildings in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. At JCI, he performed hardware engineering primarily for the control submittals. He also performed programming and commissioning for some projects. After leaving JCI, he went to work for Everest Energy & Control Technologies, LLC., a small start-up that installs the Siemens Talon and Alerton control lines. He worked on various school projects as well as at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). In addition to hardware engineering control systems, he also acted as the project manager for the projects that he engineered. Michael is responsible for ensuring optimal control system performance.
