Steven joined the Performance Services team in 2021 with over 30 years of experience in the MEP trades as a superintendent, project manager, and business owner. He brings with him a broad range of knowledge in construction practices. For most of his career, Steven worked with the government on projects spanning the country and even in other countries. He has also completed over 30 school projects during his career in multiple states with some utilizing new technologies such as geothermal heating and cooling and solar power. Steven has also taken part in mentoring the next generation of leaders including outside Superintendents, Project Assistants, and Project Engineers.
Steve and his family are avid outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy camping biking, white water rafting, and travel. One of his favorite things to do is make forts with his children throughout their house using PVC pipe and every towel, blanket, and sheet they can get their hands on, which drives his wife crazy.
