Tim joined the Performance Services team in 2020. For the past nine years, Tim has worked in the mechanical service and ESCO industry and has been involved in more than 30 successful performance contract projects. He is dedicated to helping provide the best outcome possible for both his team and most importantly, the client. “Well begun is halfway done” has been a favorite quote and guiding principle for Tim.
Tim lives in the Houston area and enjoys most outdoor activities, building various things in his grandfathers’ “shop,” and spending time with family.
