Performance Assurance Team

Our Mission: Continually work with our customers to find new ways to increase energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and lower operating costs for the benefit of the customer and taxpayer community.

Central to our promise for outstanding performance and service, Performance Services has a dedicated Performance Assurance Team to monitor the utility usage and energy efficiency levels of our customer buildings. Beyond the compliance required to fulfill the performance guarantee, our staff is keenly interested in maximizing energy savings and qualifying as many schools as possible for the ENERGY STAR label. We know that ENERGY STAR means energy savings that directly translates into school funding for teachers and student programs.

An annual savings report is also prepared and provided to our customers each year, summarizing performance and offering insight and ideas for potential improvement. We enjoy staying connected and meeting with our customers and we welcome opportunities to present to the school board each year to keep them informed.
