Solar power and energy leadership programs are also part of our offering to reduce operating costs so schools can direct more resources to their students and staff.

Design-build construction is an integrated procurement option for capital improvement projects in which a single entity, working under one contract, performs the project’s design and construction. Because there is only one contract, the risk of messy renovations is diminished, as the design-builder is solely responsible for the project. Benefits include reduced owner risk, high-quality outcomes, on-time completion, and cost efficiencies.

Before beginning an infrastructure-related renovation project, the first critical step is to conduct a preliminary facility condition and energy assessment to identify how facilities are currently operating, identify issues, and provide a blueprint for future improvements. Once the evaluation is completed, clients have a defined roadmap for planning renovation projects. If you choose to proceed with a project, our team will design and construct your project from start to finish.

Performance contracting is a flexible funding mechanism that allows schools to finance energy-focused infrastructure projects with the guaranteed energy and efficiency savings of the infrastructure improvements. As a result, no upfront capital is required.

The price is the price with no change orders. If it's a $2 million project, it's going to be a $2 million project. I know Performance Services is going to come back and take care of any issues and it's not going to cost our school corporation any more money.
