Eileen joined Performance Services in 2017 with 19 years of management and talent acquisition experience. Most recently, she worked for Anchor Point Technology Resources, where she was a Technical Recruiter specializing in IT contract placement. Prior to her time with Anchor Point, Eileen managed for Nordstrom for nearly ten years. Eileen has a degree in Hospitality Business Management from Michigan State University. She has worked in client service for 19 years, and specializes in service management, identifying talent, hiring, and training and developing people.
Eileen was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, so her team will always be the Saints. She still does not tolerate cold winters and snow very well. Eileen is a member of the Personal Best Running Club, coached by Matt Ebersole. She is currently working toward qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2019. Her next marathon is October 15th in Columbus, Ohio. Eileen has been married to her husband, David for 11 years, and they have three kids, Patrick, Lukas, and Cecilia.
