Sterling Miller has spent the last 20 years assisting K-12, higher education, and government clients improve their facility infrastructure and operating efficiency. Sterling joined Performance Services in 2014 as a business development manager for Missouri, Arkansas, and Illinois. Previously, Sterling worked for M360/Murphy Company Mechanical Contractors & Engineers in St. Louis as the National Sales Director. Prior to that Sterling was with Energy Systems Group (ESG) in St. Louis. While at ESG Sterling opened offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, Little Rock and in Fayetteville, AR all focused on developing innovative design/build solutions for clients.

Sterling has significant experience helping higher education institutions improve student comfort and concentration by improving learning environments. Additionally, he has helped local and state governments reduce utility costs and to allow resources to be shifted other service delivery programs.

Sterling’s depth of experience also extends to K-12 schools, he was a facility planner for St. Louis Public Schools for 12 years. During that time he prepared more than 40 projects for state funding of energy audits, loans, and grants. Sterling also helped Missouri school districts receive $8 million in grants and loans for energy conservation projects in school buildings.
